This website is operated by Lionheartwallpaper.com (referred to as us or we). As a user of this website (also referred to as the buyer) you acknowledge that any use, including any transactions that you make, is subject to our terms and conditions.
- When ordering with lionheartwallpaper.com you consent to us sending you special offers & promotions by email.
- The contract between us and the buyer shall be on these terms to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.
- Delivery of goods shall be to the shipping address specified by the buyer at time of checkout. We reserve the right to not deliver to certain addresses including but not exclusively post office boxes and hotel rooms. Delivery rates are quoted before check-out and are dependent on quantities ordered and delivery location.
- All delivery dates specified by us are intended as an estimate only. Although we aim to dispatch all goods within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment, we reserve the right to deliver goods within a reasonable timescale.
- Any damaged orders must be reported to our customer services team within 2 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer services team on firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the damage and order details. Any damage reported after this time may result in us being unable to process a replacement order for you..
- Lionheartwallpaper.com shall not be liable for any loss, economic or loss of profit or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly from any delay in the delivery of the goods.
- The price for all goods shall be the price displayed on the website at time of buyer checkout. All prices exclude delivery costs which are specified at checkout dependent upon the total weight of the order. We reserve the right to alter prices for goods and shipping at any time.
- Title to any goods you order from lionheartwallpaper.com shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products including any applicable delivery costs.
- All items are brand new and sealed unless specified in the product description.

- One an order is placed we shall send you a tracking number with a common carrier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) so that your shipment can be tracked and a delivery date estimated.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
- Due to the bespoke nature of some of our products we are unable to issue refunds on items that have been cut for you, all made to measure products and wallpapers that have been printed to order.
- We cannot accept returns due to incorrect measurements supplied to us.
- We are unable to accept returns of part orders of wallpaper. We always recommend ordering samples of fabrics and wallpapers before placing an order.
- Returnable items must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. Wallpaper orders may only be returned as complete orders.Please inspect your items when you receive them.
- For fabrics and wallpapers, please check you are happy prior to cutting or hanging. If your order arrives damaged or faulty please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
